Hot Wings

Adapted from

2.5 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp aluminum free baking powder
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika

In a bowl, mix together your baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Coat wings in about half the mixture. Toss together. Put the rest and toss some more.

Place wings on baking pan. Place in a preheated 425 degree oven. Cook for 14 minutes.After 14 minutes remove from oven and turn. Place back in oven for 14 more minutes.

After 14 more minutes remove again and turn. Place back for another 14 minutes.Remove again and turn. Place for 15 minutes back in oven. Remove from oven.

If you want your wings to be more crispy place back in oven another 10 minutes.

Place cooked wings in a large bowl.Take any one of your favorite sauces and pour over top. Toss together. Some recommendations for sauces:Honey BBQ, Honey Sriracha, or any dry rub seasoning. Enjoy!
